Importance of livestock in the field of agriculture, and the place of meats and other animal products in the human diet. Course not available for students enrolled at the West Lafayette campus. Credit cannot be obtained for both ANSC 10100 and ANSC 10200. Offered at regional campuses, Vincennes University, and other distance education sites.

Cancellation Policy

If you should decide to drop the course, you will be refunded according to Purdue policy - 80% the first two weeks; 60% the second two weeks; 40% the third two weeks; and after that, no refund will be issued.
